What happens during an acupuncture treatment?

-During an initial treatment I go over all your medical history, current health, medication and the reason you’ve come for acupuncture.

-For a follow up consultation I go over any changes since your last treatment, energy levels, sleep, digestion, head-aches and mood.

For all treatments:

-I do some body, tongue and pulse diagnosis

-I put all this information together to devise a treatment.

-Needles are inserted and retained for 20 minutes

-Time for you to relax/ sleep!

-You get off the couch feeling relaxed 😀
