Even at Christmas, especially at Christmas, you don’t have to keep up with anyone else’s version of “having it all together.”

Your pace is perfect.

Your energy is enough.

Your vibe is valid, even if your vibe is horizontal on the sofa in PJs with a hot chocolate 🙌

I’m still healing, still standing, still powered by crystals and stubbornness 😂

Yesterday I managed 1,800 steps and it completely wiped me out.🙈

I went to bed feeling frustrated at how slow everything feels right now… until I reminded myself that a couple of weeks ago I could barely manage 600 steps.

We all have times when progress feels tiny, but tiny is still progress.

Today’s a good day to remember that no matter how wobbly things feel, you are moving forward.

✨ A little life update from me… ✨

You may have noticed things have been very quiet over the last couple of months.
There’s a reason, and it’s not because I’ve run away to live my best life in a crystal cave (tempting as that is) 💫

A little while ago I became unwell, and after some very fast-moving tests, I was diagnosed with bowel cancer. It all happened quickly, and resulted in me having major surgery.

The NHS has been incredible, and so has my support system, truly, I’m held by the best humans and the universe in equal measure 🤍

I’m healing well, but a small complication with the incision has slowed things down a bit. My body has basically said “nah,you’re alright, I’ll recover at my own pace thanks ” 🙄😅

I’m still very tired, resting, healing, and taking it one soft, gentle, magical crystal infused day at a time. I will be back to full health and back to posting regularly very soon. I’ve missed all of this more than you know.

And please, take this as your friendly nudge from the universe (and from me): listen to your body, check yourself regularly, and never ignore when something feels off. Early action truly matters.
