At Dignity Home Care - Medway , it’s the little things that mean the most — a warm breakfast, a friendly smile, a caring touch. We bring compassion and comfort to every visit, helping each person feel valued, respected, and truly at home.

One of our lovely service users didn’t fancy cereal or just toast for breakfast, but wanted a change from her usual poached eggs on toast — so she put in her request, and that’s exactly what she got! 😋💛

So what is everyone doing on this nice sunny day ☀️

One of my clients goes for a walk daily with me to keep her moving and her mind healthy. It's lovely because she engages with others who are out walking their dogs too and have got to know alot of regular walkers. A sit by the river and back we go again.

Happy Wednesday Everyone! ❤️

I wanted to share a little about the person who runs and owns this business.

I am Natalie I am the Owner and Managing Director of Dignity Home Care - Medway

I am the face of the business. What a journey it has been so far! I'm not going to lie it hasn't been easy and there has been many times where I could have easily thrown the towel in! People think setting up and owning a business is easy but I can assure you it is not. This has always been a dream of mine but I can honestly say the hardest part is getting your company name established and out there for people to see and know who you are. Just getting people to share and like your content to spread the word can be so hard even though it takes just 2 seconds to support a local business. You feel like you have this ladder that you're climbing and feels like it's never ending.

I have just over 20+ years experience working with vulnerable adults. Experience within Residential, Community and Nursing but I felt like there was something missing by what I was hearing from the general public. I wanted to make sure people who are receiving care are receiving the right care for them. To not be rushed, to feel valued, to be listened to, to be supported how they should be, making sure their dignity remains intact and that they keep their independence for as long as they can.

I'm glad that I am my own Manager. I do not have to deal with managers like I have done in the past anymore. I can run my company the way it should be run with the BIGGEST and WARMEST caring heart. Making sure each and EVERYONE of my clients receives the right support and most importantly Person-Centred care!

If you're thinking of starting up your own business I would say do it! In the long run you will not regret it but I will say this... it will not be easy it's all about riding the storm. I'm sure if every business owner was honest they would say how close they came to throwing in the towel, not just the once either! Just stick at it and stay true to yourself and you will get there!

Hello to all my followers,

It’s becoming much harder to compete with larger companies (franchises) as their advertising budgets by far exceed my own, yet I hear such appalling reviews by peoples experiences.

I’m here to change them views! Us carers who go above and beyond our duties, who genuinely truly cares. It is time to make them changes and to show people not all carers are the same. You just need to know about us!
