City Way Medical Practice

City Way Medical Practice Providing primary care health services to Rochester and some surrounding areas

26/02/2026

From 1st March, patients will be able to collect their prescriptions after five working days from the date of request.

This change will help us process prescriptions safely and accurately while managing the high volume of requests we receive.

We kindly ask patients to keep this timeframe in mind when requesting their prescriptions and to allow the full five working days before attending the practice or pharmacy to collect their medication.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

If you have any questions, please contact the practice team who will be happy to help.
