We thank you for your continued support, the wonderful experiences and beautiful feedback. It's been nice to know how many of you love our product!

We have been so busy and I'm full of gratitude.

We are offering local pick ups for those of you that are in the Medway Towns from the 16th of December up until the new year.

Deposits or full payments will be needed when you order.

Our online price is £15 but this December any jars that are picked up will be discounted to £13 as a little Christmas gift 🐚

Sea moss is rich in an amino acid called taurine. We develop little micro-tears in our muscles when we exercise, these amino acids will help with that recovery.

With sea moss also being anti-inflammatory, it will help your body recover quickly, soothe uncomfortable muscle pains and promote joint and bone health.

Who loves a morning smoothie? Our favourite is banana, blueberry and almond 😍🫐💚

Recipe:
🐚 a large ripe banana
🐚 handful of blueberries
🐚 a big dollop of almond butter
🐚 a cup of almond or coconut milk
🐚 a little bit of Greek yoghurt
🐚 a dash of vanilla essence
🐚 some desicated coconut for luck
🐚 finally, add two tablespoons of SEA MOSS!

This is our favourite way to consume sea moss, this way you are getting all the important nutrients first thing in the morning, all incorporated into a fun and yummy smoothie!
