Many of us are here to transcend old consciousness and by doing so you’re helping your loved ones in the spirit world to do the same.

Spirit have shown me that what happened in their earthly life still has a resonance to how their soul develops in the spirit world.

They are free of any ingrained patterns and behaviours, but they still maintain elements of their personality. Every soul carries its our unique frequency signature.

Say, If your father/grandfather was always worried about where the next penny was coming from. They hid money under the bed or in boxes in random places. They may have put money away for a rainy day, but would never use it to live. They would hoard their belongings. A phase from spirit I hear when this was the case is ‘you can’t take it with you or use it up here.’

Money was seen as security and safety, not a free flowing abundant form of giving and receiving energy. Money wounds or the fear of losing money will keep you stuck. Stuck with lack of abundance. Thinking others have it better than you. That those with money are the worthy ones.

Your worth doesn’t depend on what’s in the bank. It is in how abundant you feel in your life and making the most of the present moment. It’s embracing prosperity with a healthy mindset towards money, knowing if some has gone that it will rebalance back in again. You build your trust in the universal flow by doing so.

The current cost of living is here to teach us that the old paradigm fear of lack with money mindset has to be shifted and transformed.

This is how you transcend old consciousness. You connect to your spirit side loved one through their continued consciousness. You heal both them and you and future generations to come.

Say, if your mum/grandmother, brushed what mattered under the carpet. They put up and shut up. Never talked about or healed their hurts from their childhood or from your father/grandfather. They turned that hurt into bitterness that then turned inward onto themselves and their child/children. Passive aggression, criticism or control were the way they lived their lives. The house of cards would fall if they didn’t keep up the pretence.

That criticism of your appearance or how you choose to live your life, the partner you pick, how much you love yourself, how good your sense of worth and confidence is, can all be related to still carrying your mother or grandmothers voice in your mind, as your own.

Punishing not praising. Do you praise yourself or your partner or do you focus too much on yours or theirs weakness rather than their strengths. If you do, you’re carrying elements of their old earthly consciousness.

Or if your mother/grandmother was hyper independent, self sufficient and saw relationships as painful. ‘You’re better off on your own, then you won’t be hurt’ but never received the supportive heart centred loving connection we all deserve, you may too subconsciously be carrying their wound.

Your awareness, but then releasing yourself from looping unconscious patterns behaviours is key to this transformation. Get to the root, w**d it out and then you are free to live your life the way of your choosing.

Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.

This number 9 year is all about completion. If challenges feel more intense it’s because the universe needs you at a higher level of consciousness to begin again, for the next new number 1 year…✨

‘Your perception of me is a reflection of you.

When you go back to anything when it’s the right, for our highest good to do, whether that’s going back to a person, a place, a career, ect, it has to be because it’s changed and transformed. Or it could be that your present is reminding you of the past.

It can’t be the way it was, because time has moved you and everything else on. It has to different in many ways to the way it was left.

Somatic healing that leads to more self awareness and deeper understanding of yourself that makes you a match to all that’s been changed.

You will find you have a muscle memory towards the past. That your body remembers what the brain has forgotten. In positive ways a soul retrieval happens, lost parts of yourself return. This leads to a deeper teaching for the body to feel safe in ways it was previously triggered.

It holds alchemical power to transform and return you to a whole. This is one of the reasons why we return to Earth school.

Creativity working with artistry and colour is one of ways to unblock our sacral chakra. It gives us back our life force vibes, especially if we have been drained of them. Working with spirit takes a lot of life force energy!

Working with make up that’s colours are inspired by nature, crystals and animals. The heart healing power of roses in many products. Clean beauty which uses botanical plant stem cells, as medicine that the earth has grown for us to use. The giving back to conservation.

The fact that it was my mum who is in spirit, favourite make up brand that she used and loved for years! Every time we talked about make up her eyes would light up as she would talk about these products she loved to use.

It’s darkest before the dawn..
But the tide always turns..

At last nights evening of mediumship and Clairvoyance spirit were bringing in the importance of honouring cycles, the circle of life and respecting our bodies natural rhythms.

When we physically lose someone we love especially when it’s in a sudden and traumatic way, the trauma our own physical bodies experience is shock to our system. A dismantling to what we have always known. A floating feeling that we’re not in our bodies, an escaping and disconnection because of the pain we’re experiencing.

Grief and loss fragments us, and changes us on deep internal level, but our bodies hold much rooted wisdom that they wish to help us to return to a more balanced state and regain our equilibrium .

It’s important that we do return to the home of our bodies as they know our next steps and physical direction.
That’s why we must keep putting one foot in front of the other.

Our physical, creative, emotional and spiritual energies are influenced by natural cycles, that ebb and flow. Emotions are temporary, they rise and fall. Physical energies wax and wane. Creative currents come in strong waves and then recede.

When a grief wave hits with intensity allow it to wash over you until it passes, which it will.

Your loved ones in spirit know it’s part of the process how you’re processing their passing and want to help reconnect you to them by giving you signs and spiritual phenomena of their continued presence in your life.

To live our lives with all the humour, strength and love those that have left us physically, have taught us and left behind.

I’ve long since suspected that your loved ones in spirit can do quantum time line jumps, to the future as well as memories of past times of togetherness.

Leaving you messages, nudges and signs when you need them to the most ahead of our tik tock time, and will get your attention in anyway they know they can to do so.

There is no time in the spirit world so it absolutely makes sense this occurs.

Because of the bonds of love, your loved ones can see future aspects and possibilities, but it’s your intention, intuition, higher vibes and trust that make it possible for them to connect with you in this way.

You can’t miss a sign, spirit nudge or message that is meant for you. They will ensure it’s left and meant for you, as they can access your timeline at certain points.

I recommend and recently watched a film called ‘Between the lights’ were the main character, Jay, who is a medium, can see the cause and effect the past has with the present and the future and along with their guardian angel who leaves signs and synchronicities for their loved one to continue connecting and communicating.

I’m often shown messages and signs ahead of time that fit into place like jigsaw puzzle pieces when I’m giving readings for others and these seem to magnify on steroids when I’m about to give events and demonstrations!

You are being asked to trust that the universe and spirit are working behind the scenes with you in mysterious and miraculous ways.

You are a wise soul with knowledge from past times and other worlds.

You are being given the cosmic codes and keys ahead of time to clear and unlock any stuck or blocked energy to help your present and future self… all you need to do is to stay open and say yes to them..

After giving a recent reading, a sitter messaged saying that it had helped them to feel safe in hearing from their loved ones in the spirit world.

It made me think about how important it is to feel safe in our bodies, in a sometimes unsafe world.

Losing a parent or close loved one, often can make us feel untethered and without the roots that bought us into the world or the love, connection and belonging that a person gave us when they were physically here.

That’s why families, the soul family you create for yourself, communities and times of connection with others matter to building back trust and feeling safety within and without ourselves.

Taking care of your body and allowing it to rest and recover after times of stress and trauma enables it to come back into a more balanced, regulated state and helps your nervous system to have more capacity to hold the new that wishes to enter your life.

Your spirit side loved ones want this safety and reassurance for you. They want you to remember what it feels like to feel safe, loved, cared for and connected to the world around you.

Safety starts first within our bodies.

Affirm, hands placed upon your heart;

I am safe in my body. I trust its guidance and wisdom.

In this current eclipse session, there is definitely an energy of flipping the script in your life occurring!

The spiritual law of divine compensation means that the universe wants the best for you. It’s helping you to course correct and by doing so will provide any material, emotional or physical lack, when your mind and heart is aligned with love and faith, rather than negativity and fear.

Where are you in a place of lack mindset?
What life area are your feeling, used, let down, undervalued, selling yourself short, lack of support, out of control in your body, dissatisfied and disappointed? Finding it hard to keep the faith and fear over making necessary changes?

If this is the case, then the universe with the spiritual law of divine compensation in eclipse season is in your favour helping you to flip the script. To see what areas within and without yourself are lacking. As the universe and spirit wants to help them to be bought back into balance.

If your on tik tock you may have seen a person in the public eye has had their script flipped in this way.

Divine compensation has done its thing, because this person has never given up in the face of adversity, and now the injustices and being wrongly shamed and blamed, even though they have held their hands up for things they have done wrong in the past because of mental heath, is finally being shown clearly by the mis aligned treatment of others.

People, women in particular are seeing themselves in this public eye figure and in supporting them, they are being more supportive of themselves.

Going from being undervalued, sidelined, ridiculed, blamed and shamed to being celebrated with sister to sister solidarity.

There is always twist and turn around in fate and fortune that occurs when we know our worth, help ourselves and try our best to get out of lack of mindset.

Don’t give up on yourself. The universe, spirit and your soul, aren’t giving up on you. You are currently being course corrected. Trust this process. You can’t yet see all the positive effects of changes you’re making and the growth that’s ahead, but you soon will. . .
