Had the loveliest time on Saturday at the first Jikiden Reiki Regional Reijukai. My good friend Zeycan came along, who has recently completed her training in Jikiden Reiki. I enjoyed meeting some new faces and catching up with the lovely practitioners I’ve met at previous events. It was a pleasure to assist alongside Shihan’s Helen & Leeanne, as well as my fellow Shihan Kaku Claudia, who I did my assistant teacher training with over the summer. They really are such beautiful souls and I’m full of gratitude to have such inspirational women in my life and to love what I do to my core 💖

I attended the most beautiful Full Moon Soundbath 🌕🎶last night run by in Wainscott.

Chloe began with a cacao ceremony. She explained that Cacao is a plant medicine, the rawest form of coca, which is rich in magnesium, zinc & iron. Full of nourishment for our body, this opens up the arteries & allows more blood flow to our heart. Which opens our heart chakra.

Chloe then guided us through a meditation & light breathwork and finally journeying through a beautiful sound bath.

With the intention set of opening our heart chakra, I saw the most stunning green and purple swirling colours throughout the sound bath. I felt totally relaxed and absorbed, bathed by the sounds and wonderful energy in the room. It really was a magical experience and left me feeling full of wonder and gratitude for life! 💖 Thank you Chloe x P.s. cheeky little pic of me and my lovely friend Fi at the end enjoying the moon when we came out, though pics never do the moon justice 💕
