Tonight’s moon rises big, bright and wrapped in winter’s quiet magic. The last full moon of the year, often called the Cold Moon reminds us to slow down, breathe deeply, and reflect on all the moments that shaped us in 2025. This will be the most extreme Supermoon till 2042. It represents a moment of remarkable amplification, ushering in the energy of release, renewal and fresh new opportunities as we step into 2026. I sat snuggly wrapped in a blanket, bathed in the light of the moon and thought about my year, things to be proud of, things I aim to achieve in 2026, things I want to let go of. I even coaxed my 15 year old son out of his room to see it! Felt very peaceful and it really was so beautiful! Pictures don’t do it justice💗

What’s included?
- Heart Stone (either 🩷Rose Quartz, 🤍Clear Quartz or 💜Amethyst) that I have infused with Universal Energy.
- Crystal Meaning Card.
- Gokai card detailing the five principles of Reiki, also written in phonetic English for your ease of pronunciation in Japanese and a little info about them and why they are so beneficial for health and happiness.

Had the loveliest time on Saturday at the first Jikiden Reiki Regional Reijukai. My good friend Zeycan came along, who has recently completed her training in Jikiden Reiki. I enjoyed meeting some new faces and catching up with the lovely practitioners I’ve met at previous events. It was a pleasure to assist alongside Shihan’s Helen & Leeanne, as well as my fellow Shihan Kaku Claudia, who I did my assistant teacher training with over the summer. They really are such beautiful souls and I’m full of gratitude to have such inspirational women in my life and to love what I do to my core 💖
