I read a longer version of this and it grabbed my attention. I certainly try to cram as much into my day as humanly possible, hardly pausing until my head hits the pillow at night... even then it takes a while to switch off. So, I've added some self-care to my day. My blood pressure has dropped, I feel less fatigued and much calmer. What do you do to relax?
"Genuinely happy people do less. They have fewer goals, fewer appointments, fewer obligations. They've learnt that addition by subtraction is real. While the rest of us are optimising every moment, they are relaxing with a cuppa. They are far from lazy but have realised that much of what we chase doesn't matter. Busy is a choice, peace is too. One looks successful, the other actually is"

After a really busy few days, I'm glad it's Friday. Do you have any plans, or intend to chill? 💚
