In all honesty….

Here’s the truth...

I LOVE Yoga. But it’s mindful movement, NOT exercise.

I love everyone jumping onto a reformer machine or trying pilates because of the marketing boom last year. It’s great for your core, posture and alignment.

💪🏻 Using your bodyweight to feel stronger is GREAT, right?

Also.... If you want to age slowly, and well. If you want your bones to feel strong and supported. If you want to maintain a healthy metabolic rate...

📣You need good muscle mass 📣

To build and maintain muscle mass, you need to understand nutrition AND build strength training into your weekly routine.

This means lifting weights that challenge your body.

I know, if you’ve been using your body weight to resistance train for years, it can be a bit daunting to think about weight training, but you can honestly build 2 short sessions into your week and feel a whole lot better for it.
