From October to March we can’t make enough vitamin D from sunlight, so to keep bones and muscles healthy, it’s best to take a daily 10 microgram supplement of vitamin D. You can get vitamin D from most pharmacies and retailers.

A PPG is made up of volunteer patients & practice management who meet on a regular basis to discuss the service and how improvements can be considered.
It is a partnership approach, focusing on considering the needs & views of the entire patient community. As such, we are keen to have diverse representation.
There will be other dates in 2026 if you cannot attend.
