This one deserves her own little square on my grid
Emma started coming to my classes back in June 2024 - twice a week on a Thursday evening & Saturday morning.
Last night, after our class, a memory popped up on my phone from a YEAR ago. Not even when Emma first started.....and I couldn't believe the difference!
This is the physical changes Emma has made in 12 months but in her words it's so much more....

Exercise is SO much more than aesthetics. You can think you're the 'ideal' body type but not healthy. You can look 20 years younger by having fillers & botox but living on takeaways & skipping essential meals filled with protein & natural nutrients.
I'm sure you're feeds are full of influencers giving you their results of Dry January or a 28 day challenge. I'd say 99% of them are bu****it. Changing their posture, one taken with no make up and a size smaller underwear - the other dolled up and digging out their lucky pants, Breathing in or massively dehydrating themselves for said photoshoot.
Emma's photo is taken in the worst lighting possible, in my garden, often minus degress but shows REAL LIFE changes as do her words!
Don't be fooled by celebrities, ads and stupid people telling you to cut out all the things you enjoy.
Exercise should be fun. Food is there to be enjoyed. And having a few glasses of wine at the weekend doesn't make you a bad person.
Life is short.
Enjoy the cheese.
Drink the wine.
