I’m two sessions in to myofacial release therapy with Mathew and so far it’s been a pleasant and interesting experience.
Mathew is friendly, informative and puts you at ease straight away.
He talks you through the process, explaining what might cause certain issues and how his techniques can help to alleviate symptoms. He keeps a calm and friendly atmosphere but always keeps focus and checks in asking questions, so it’s easy to feel relaxed. I’m looking forward to seeing how things progress.

My experience here was amazing from start to finish. My consultation was detailed and customised uniquely to my needs. Very detailed in what treatment would work personally for me. The whole experience was like nothing I have experienced before and I can't wait for my 2nd appointment. I left the session feeling like a new person so I can't wait to see and feel the results after a few more sessions. I highly recommend and now I wouldn't go anywhere else. 5 easy stars from me.

I have been meaning to leave this review for WEEKS! But every time I leave a session I’m too busy skipping down the road appreciating my new improved pain free mobility to think about my phone 😂

Matthew’s treatments have been absolutely phenomenal, resetting several chronic pain issues I’ve accumulated after years of battering my body with physical activities and accidents in my 20s without ever realising they were the cause of aches and pains. He’s helped me treat symptoms from a knee dislocation, postural correction and a trigger point in my wrist misdiagnosed as arthritis, which is huge.

And he’s a genuine caring and warm person to be around, which makes the whole experience a joy. I’ve had 4 appointments since finding him recently and his knowledge and skills are worth the commute from hull for!

I’d encourage anyone who’s curious or tempted to go for it and see the difference.

Always fantastic visit to Matthew. His treatment has always been exceptional & it always works. I travel 17 miles each way for my appointment & wouldnt go any where else. I have absolute confidence & trust in Matttew. Infact i belive hes magic .

Revisit to after a few years. I'd been struggling with my back and knew it would be sorted if I booked in to see Matthew.
It's a surreal experience, feeling everything moving and it feels like you're moving through sand.
I wouldn't hesitate to book again.
