Katie first came to me for fertility reflexology, and once she fell pregnant, I had the honour of supporting her throughout her pregnancy ✨ And then finally getting to meet her beautiful baby boy, Harley 🩵

To be trusted in such a deeply personal journey and to witness that full circle… it’s something I’ll never take for granted 🤍

The greatest gift is not just the outcome, but the connection, the trust, and the journey we share 💞

The Ritual Begins…

After years of working with plant medicine, sacred woods, crystals, CBD, and calming herbs in my treatments…

I had a thought: What if I could bring together everything I love — everything I’m passionate about — into one jar?

So I did.

This is just for you — for the moments when you feel unbalanced, overwhelmed, or simply in need of something deeper.

A ritual in a jar.

A whipped body butter infused with CBD, lion’s mane, ashwagandha, crystal essences, and sacred woods.
Created to support nervous system regulation, relieve tension, and promote a deep sense of calm.

Each jar is hand-tied with a Rudraksha bead, and each linen pouch stamped with a wood block — small treasures I found in India, chosen intuitively before I knew their purpose.
