They gave me the thumbs up, that they was ready to start their journey, a journey where your body stays in one spot, but your mind and spirit can travel to endless realms. Maybe you find yourself next to a waterfall or floating through outer space or flying through the sky above the clouds or maybe you find yourself in the Amazon rainforest. The adventures are endless when you close your eyes and hear where the sounds and the vibrations take you, when I do my sound baths, I use up to 40 Instruments, as my aim is to take you on a journey and an adventure where you don’t even have to leave move your body, you do this just by closing your eyes and letting your spirit do the travelling for you. I do up to a maximum of eight people when I do my sound baths, and I work over everyone individually, so you get the maximum from the experience, if I have an instrument I can carry I will use it over you, so you can feel the vibrations through every cell of your body, right through your core. Everything I do, I do as I would want done for me and that’s the best I can do, I also start with a guided meditation xx

For those that have never heard of a Sound Bath….…. Everything is a vibration, good and bad, Sound Baths help to put healing, calming vibrations into our physical and emotional body. I work on everyone individually, retuning your energy system to a calmer frequency, unblocking blocked chakras, and meditation to still your mind. Helping you find your inner calm, that we all have within ourselves.

Life can be quite stressful at times, so it’s a great way to get away from it all to de-stress, or just treat yourself.

*PLEASE NOTE:* Sound baths are good for most people, but if you have tinnitus, metal implants, epilepsy, or a heart condition it’s best to avoid sound baths where gongs are used. It’s also advised that you avoid sound baths during your first trimester of pregnancy. Some instruments I use have high frequencies and can be quite loud, so wouldn’t be suitable for people with very serious mental health conditions. If booking for another person, very important to please forward this information on to them also.

Chakra Cleansing, 1-2-1 Sound Bath & Indian Head Massage.. A beautiful hour and fifty minutes of chakra and aura cleansing and re-balancing to help you feel more grounded and centred, and retuning your energy system to vibrate at a calmer frequency.

First cleansing the energy around you, then using a pendulum to check the chakras (we have seven main chakra in our energy system, running down from the top of the head, to the base of the spine) to see where there are any blockages, then on to using an array of beautiful medicinal sound healing Instruments over the seven main chakras and whole body, Tibetan Bowls, Tuning Forks…(including 128 Hertz’s, one of the most healing frequencies), Chau Gong, Shamanic Drum, Crystal Harp, Koshi Chimes and many more.
