This morning we reached yet another remarkable milestone in our vaccination efforts, as the 20,000th person to visit our hubs received the jab!

Homagni Sikha Roy, a clinical fellow at our Trust, received a complimentary box of chocolates, as did our staff nurse, Donna Bland who gave her the vaccine.

Homagni, 35, said: “It was great to receive the 20,000th jab, the whole process was very smooth, from checking in to receiving the vaccine.

“I think everyone should get the jab, it protects us and others around us.”
