We’re bringing the Fit4Life family together for a festive evening at Ava Lounge Romford.

Join us on 12.12.2025 for great food, great company and a chance to celebrate an incredible year with our members and guests.

Throwback to early spring when we gave the Fit4Life building a full facelift 💚

A huge thank you to Paul McClenaghan and Lee Brown our directors, for investing back into the gym and constantly pushing to make this space better for the women who train here.

Big shoutout to for their creativity, design and hands on input throughout the project, and to for delivering all the electrical and lighting work that completely transformed the feel of the building.

Every detail was chosen with one goal in mind — creating a space that feels welcoming, comfortable and empowering for women.
