Parkside Residential Home Parkside is one of Havering's leading care homes for the elderly situated in Main Road, Romford. Our Aims and Objectives:

1.

It is run by Romford Baptist Church Housing Association Ltd, which is a charitable organisation, for the sole benefit of the residents. To provide long term residential care for the elderly
2. To provide for residents a secure, relaxed and homely environment in which their care, well-being and comfort are of prime importance
3. To provide an environment where people can feel free to put into practice their Christian faith and values if they so wish
4. To provide the best possible standard of care to meet the different individual needs of residents and other users of services
5. To encourage and enable residents to participate in the life of the home and the local community
6. To provide the necessary support and resources to service users who require to maintain a traditional Christian way of life
7. When it is appropriate, to provide high quality End of Life Care in accordance with the Gold Standard Framework
8. To provide short term respite care
9. To provide occasional day care services to enable carers to have a break
10. To encourage and enable residents to play an active role in the development of the home.
11. To provide home care (non-personal care) in service users’ homes in the local area.
