✨ Sienna Home Care – End of Year Team Awards ✨
As we come to the end of another year, we wanted to take a moment to celebrate the incredible carers who make Sienna Home Care what it is. Their dedication, compassion, and sense of humour never go unnoticed and neither does the extra mile they go every single day 🫶
🏆 Our End of Year Awards 🏆
✨ Aaron – The Always Picks Up Extra Shifts Award
For always stepping up when needed… even if it means avoiding the bedtime routine with his own child 😉
✨ Jophie – The Heart of the Team Award 🩵
The carer everyone wants — myself included (most of them have asked her to move in!). Caring, nurturing, and endlessly supportive 🫶
✨ Wendy – The Gentle Touch Award
Quiet, calm, and incredibly reassuring. Wendy’s approach is especially valued by clients living with dementia, where her patience and warmth truly shine 🥰
✨ Nadine – The Star Baker & Communication Queen Award
For keeping the team and clients well fed with her baking and always keeping in touch. If we don’t hear from Nadine in a day, we genuinely start to worry something’s wrong😂
✨ Lisa – The Live-In Queen Award 👑
For her incredible commitment and dedication. Lisa provides 24-hour care within a client’s home, often giving up time at home and parts of her own routine to ensure they feel safe, supported, and cared for. Her reliability and devotion to person centered care do not go unnoticed 🩵
✨ Christine – The “Nothing Phases Me” Queen Award 👑
For taking everything in her stride with calmness, confidence, and professionalism. No matter what the day brings, Christine remains steady, reliable, and unfazed — a reassuring presence for both clients and the team. Absolutely nothing seems to throw her, and that is a rare and invaluable quality
⭐ Antonia – The Part-Time but Still Part of the Furniture Award 🙌🏽
Even working part time alongside her full time job, Antonia is a valued and reassuring presence within the team. She is committed to keeping her training up to date and demonstrated real professionalism by remaining calm and supportive during a challenging incident earlier this year. Someone we wouldn’t want to be without 💛
