Hi Everyone, so I qualified in 2011 as a Physiotherapist, since that I have worked in the NHS, private healthcare and in elite sports. As a Physio currently I work in private hospital as a specialist musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and I have a keen interest in sports injuries and back pain.
I started my Pilates training back in 2012, initially I wasnβt sure about it, as really I didnt know alot about pilates- but it is safe to say it was the best decision I made. I am constantly amazed at the results from doing pilates, both myself especially when I had back pain, and when I was pregnant but also the results for all my patients and clients. I have really enjoyed my training and teaching classes and I only wish I done it sooner.
Why choose Physio Led Pilates classes- if you are looking for a pilates class to help you recover from an injury/ operation or generally just want to do some exercise which is supervised and controlled then these classes are good for you. Our classes are small and designed to allow more 1.1 interaction and supervision and also reassurance that you are being taught by someone with years of physio experience and medical expertise. In our classes we often use modifications to ensure you are using the right muscles and at the right level for you.
