Kevin is based within our London region and has been such a highly respected and valued member of the team since he joined us a decade ago!

This weekend has been full of celebrating milestone anniversaries for our team! Today we thrilled to congratulate Lin Pearce, who marks an amazing 10 years with HSL!

As a key member of our Legionella Reports team, Lin has played a vital role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality across our reporting processes. Her attention to detail and commitment to high standards have made her an invaluable part of the team, along with being a trusted and highly thought of colleague and friend to so many.

Kirstyn Richardson "Lin has been an integral part of the Legionella Reports team since joining HSL 10 years ago. From the very beginning Lin has always demonstrated a very high work ethic and this has continued throughout her time at HSL. As well as producing the Legionella reports, Lin has always enjoyed working on the schematic drawings in particular. She has continuously demonstrated her ability to produce these to a very high standard, often completing the more complex drawings for our larger sites, which has certainly helped build the reputation of the business. Lin is well respected by her colleagues and has a fantastic sense of humour which has brought a lot of smiles and laughter into the office over the years. I would personally like to thank Lin for her hard work and dedication and congratulate her on an amazing achievement of 10 years of service. Lin will sadly be retiring from HSL in the near future and will truly be missed! Lin, all of your friends and colleagues at HSL wish you a long and relaxing retirement, you deserve it!"

Pene Haines "I've known Lin for over 6 years now, and it feels waaaaaaaay longer! She is a popular member of the Legionella Reports team, and is always happy to help others, whatever the issue. Contrary to the grumpy image she likes to exude, Lin has a heart of gold and is always hard working, considerate, and a pleasure to work with!"

Today we are delighted to be celebrating two very special milestone anniversaries for the HSL team! 🎉

First up is 'Dave Howarth', who has now completed 15 years of loyal service! Dave joined us back in 2010 after years of being a HSL customer! He has had various roles throughout his career with us, and he excels in the delivery of our accredited training courses.

Adrian Walker – “Happy 15th Anniversary, Dave! Working alongside you for all this time has been fantastic. I especially value our deep conversations and training that we have put together and carried out. I’ve constantly been impressed by your technical expertise and you knack for always helping me solve problems. Wishing you all the best in all that you do in the future!”

Katy Freeman – “I have known Dave for over 10 years. He is a great and valuable member of HSL Compliance. Before I started working directly with Dave he was always on hand and willing to help, no matter what it was. Dave is extremely organised and makes my life easy when it comes to the training. He makes sure everything is in order and is always so supportive, happily double checking all is correct. When listening into meetings and training he’s very professional and knowledgeable, which I really admire. Dave constantly puts himself out and goes above and beyond, making sure he always meets the requirements for the training. Everyone speaks so highly of him for a good reason, whether that's as a friend, colleague, or trainer. It is an absolute pleasure to work alongside and learn from him. Dave has helped me settle into the training admin role and makes everything easy to learn. Everyone will go to Dave for advice and help, as they know he will always be on hand to advise. I would like to thank Dave for his positive attitude and support he gives us all. He is a fantastic team player with an incredibly positive attitude and kindness to all, but more than that he’s a good friend”

Today we celebrate another special milestone for a member of our North region! Steven Andrews has now achieved 15 years of loyal service! We approached Steve's managers for their comments on his career with HSL to date:

Lee Samuel - "Another month, another milestone for dedicated service within our region - it’s starting to become a part-time job for me writing these well-deserved thank you messages! I know Steve personally, but also know that he is a well-respected and liked member of our Northern team by his colleagues, and someone you can always depend on for completing his work to the highest standards, in a timely manner. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Steve, and his pleasant and friendly nature always lends itself for others to approach him, should they require any support and assistance. Congratulations, Steve on your impressive 15 year milestone, and I look forward to working with you for years to come!"

Tony McEvoy - "Steve is well established and respected both by work colleagues and clients in his role as a Monitoring Technician. He also goes about his work duties in a professional manner and will go that bit extra, when required! He has worked significantly on one of our longest standing contracts in North Wales for the best part of those 15 years (although he still can't speak Welsh though!😊). Congratulations, Steve!"

We kick off the week on a high - celebrating another incredible milestone for one of our team! Today marks 15 years since Dave Molyneux joined the HSL team!

Lee Samuel - "Another long service award in our region, congratulations Dave! I remember Dave starting 15 years ago, working one of our longest standing contracts, carrying out PPM works to very a high standard. Since then Dave has gone from strength to strength, and is now a competent Legionella Risk Assessor carrying out technical assessments for our customers. Dave is very polite, approachable, and always willing to go that extra mile if needed. Congratulations on your 15 year anniversary Dave, and I look forward to seeing you progress in the coming years!"

Tom Howden - "Congratulations Dave on 15 years’ service!! I have worked closely with Dave over the 15 years and watched him grow from a great Monitoring Technician to a highly competent Level 3 Risk Assessor working across various contracts. I can trust Dave to liaise with clients and customers to solve complex site issues and his work is always completed to the highest standard.
