National Hot Chocolate Day called… and we definitely answered! ☕🍫

We spent the day serving up delicious hot chocolates topped with fluffy cream, soft marshmallows and a little chocolatey treat on top – the perfect cosy combination.

There were smiles all round as everyone enjoyed a warm mug and a lovely moment together. It was so popular we were far too busy making drinks to stop for many photos! ❤️

A simple treat, but one that brought plenty of comfort and happiness.

✨ Meet the Team – Welcome Tilly! ✨

We’re delighted to introduce Tilly, who has recently joined Westbank as our new Activities Coordinator, working alongside our existing activities team to continue delivering fun, meaningful and engaging activities for our residents 💛

Tilly went to Monmouth Comprehensive School and stayed on to complete her A-levels. She comes from a big family, has lots of pets, and brings bundles of energy and creativity with her! 🎭🎶

She loves singing, dancing, and anything to do with musical theatre, so we’re very excited about the ideas and enthusiasm she will be bringing to the home. When she’s not at work, Tilly enjoys going out for dinner and a cheeky glass of wine 🍷

Tilly is really looking forward to meeting all our visitors and getting to know our residents — so please say hello when you see her around!

Amber from West Mercia Women’s Aid took delivery of our Christmas collection today, kindly delivered by Kay – whose car was completely full, back seat and boot included! 🚗🎁

Thanks to your incredible generosity and support, we were able to donate a fantastic collection that will help bring comfort and joy to those who need it most this Christmas.

We are absolutely blown away by the kindness and generosity shown towards our Shoe Box Appeal. 🎁💛

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who has donated so far — your support truly makes a difference.

There’s still time to get involved! We’ll be arranging delivery w/c 8th December, so any final donations are very much appreciated.

Our naughty elf has officially returned for the festive season… and within five minutes he was already causing chaos! 🙈

Caught red-handed inside the Christmas tree, tangled in tinsel, and rearranging our perfectly decorated baubles! 😆

Don’t worry though — the team took swift action…
Let’s just say he had to be firmly stepped on to keep him out of mischief! 😉
