✨ larapayne_wellness will be sharing free goodies and guiding us through the power of aromatherapy oils and how to easily integrate them into everyday life.

🧠 nurtureinpsychology will explore overwhelm in motherhood and the identity shift we experience as we become mothers.

💪 And I’ll be discussing how our pelvic and musculoskeletal health changes from postnatal life through to perimenopause and menopause and how our hormones impact our physical wellbeing.
