This year’s theme is Lifestyle Medicine — highlighting how movement, nutrition, sleep, and emotional wellbeing can transform the menopause experience.

Menopause is a natural life stage, but it can bring real changes — from pelvic floor symptoms and bladder leaks to joint pain, sleep disruption, and fatigue. These are common, but not things you have to put up with.
