For those wondering, this is the lotion I use for my massage. It's called Naqi Lotion Ultra and what I love about it is that it provides a long-lasting gliding effect on the skin and it does not feel oily or greasy.

Other properties include:
- dermatologically tested
- without parabens or formaldehyde releasers
- free from nuts
- suitable for dry and sensitive skin
- hydrating
- no ingredients of animal origin
- easy to wash out
- leaves the skin dry after treatment

So you are safe in the knowledge that the lotion I use is perfectly safe for everyone and will give you a very luxurious massage!

I offer foot massage as part of your 1 hour relaxing massage. It is great to combine this with the scalp massage upgrade as massaging the feet and toes can help relieve headaches and can have a positive effect on your brain health!

One of the upgrades I offer is hot stones massage. But what is hot stones and how will it benefit you?

Hot stones are preheated in a water heater (like a slow cooker) and they fit comfortably on the hands and I use them within my massage strokes. Don't worry, they will feel comfortably warm and will not burn you!
Hot stones introduce the element of heat which leads to many benefits:
1. Helps relieve muscle tension and pain. The heat from the stones increases blood flow to the affected area and can help reduce muscle spasms and increase range of motion.
2. Reduces stress and anxiety
3. Promotes sleep
Hot stones MAY also help reduce symptoms of autoimmune diseases including fibromyalgia and arthritis, decrease cancer symptoms and boost immunity but this is not proven.

Essentially, a hot stones massage will give you the intimate relaxation experience. Let me know if this is something you would like to add on to your massage at point of booking.

Scalp massage is one of my free upgrades as part of your hours relaxing massage. I do it dry so there is no lotion in your hair. I also extend the massage down to the neck to help ease headaches whilst providing relaxation to the stressed muscles.
