🎆Bonfire Night at The Abbeys – tonight at 4pm. 🎆

We’re looking forward to our Fireworks Night tonight. Our shared home community will be coming together to enjoy the display followed by a warming pie and peas supper.

🎃 The kind of morning that sums up what life at The Abbeys is all about. ☕️

What a fantastic time we had at our Halloween coffee morning. Our residents, team members and families came together over a cuppa to enjoy live music, share stories and enjoy each other's company.

Thank you to Alan Turner for such a brilliant performance, it's always a pleasure to welcome you into our home. ✨

🎃 Happy Halloween from The Abbeys! 🎃

This is the pumpkin we’ve been growing in the garden all summer. Planted back in June, checked on every week and given plenty of care by our residents.

A wonderful reminder of the joy that comes from shared projects in our home.

🌿 Our morning at the garden centre. 🌿

A few of us spent the morning at the Briggs Garden Centre. We had a lovely time wandering through Autumnal displays, picking out a few bits and stopping for a cuppa before heading home.

Our trips out bring a lovely change of scenery and a sense of choice and purpose. They’re gentle moments that keep us connected with each other and with our community.

From the pumpkin patch to The Abbeys! 🎃

We enjoyed a trip out pumpkin picking, then came back to carve some spootacular creations. Now they're proudly on display at The Abbeys, bringing autumn cheer to everyone who visits.

A perfect autumn day filled with laughter and creativity. 🍂

What a lovely day at Doncaster Museum! 🏛️

We explored Roman artefacts and the history of the railway, sparking lots of amazing stories.

We're always looking for opportunities to learn something new and museum visits are wonderful for keeping our minds active.

A Flower Arranging Session This Week! 🌸

We enjoyed creating beautiful arrangements using our favourite flowers.

Flower arranging supports fine motor skills and creativity and it's always wonderful to create something beautiful that brightens up our home. 💚
