A big thankyou and well done to all the Mummies and babies that completed our free Yoga and massage course at RUFC. We loved getting to know you all and watch you all become friends and develop your movement skills, a big well done to baby Alex who learnt to crawl with us 🎉 Hopefully we will do some more next year. Iv been doing lots of networking this week and today i had a little chat with Ed Clancy OBE 🚴‍♂️about how we can make our home region of South Yorkshire a more healthier place to live. A good start was Rotherham United Community Trust's United For Change which willl bring lots of opportunities for lots of people and i cant wait to be involved. It was great meeting Ed although he has well lost his Barnsley accent tha nos... 🙂✅️🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️🚴
