Whos got their decorations up yet? Im in the festive mood, 🎅 and we still have 3 weeks left until the Christmas 🎄 festivities officially start. But did you know we are open 52 weeks a year my members are already preparing their Christmas celebrations while still attending group, its never too late in the year to start with 2 new starting just last week! Who loves a good Snapchat filter? 😂 lovely walk to parkgate and back first time I've been able to go for a walk after being really poorly for the last few weeks, the one thing I love about our unique physical activity program is that any form of exercise that gets that heart rate going is great for you while on your journey. Plus added bonus when you are part of groups exercise gets awarded too just like you weight loss awards, what is your favourite form of exercising?
