Love Transformation Thursday, today’s is with Michelle 💖

From Exhausted to Empowered

At 40, Michelle was overwhelmed. Running on naps, junk food, and grief after losing her dad. Even with her milestone birthday approaching, she couldn’t find the motivation to change.

Then came a moment she’ll never forget — struggling to bend down and do up her shoes. That was her wake-up call.

In August 2023, she joined The 1 to 1 Diet on Step 1A. Even with a busy social life, she made it work. She felt better. Moved more. Ate smarter. Smiled bigger.

Transformation Thursday with Karen 👏

When Karen came to Consultant Kirsty after the New Year, she wasn’t totally convinced she’d stick with it. Like so many, she hoped this would be the year. She hoped she’d finally find a healthier way of life.

She had the support of her family. But what she really needed was to believe in herself.

And wow — did she show up.

Every single week, Karen checked in. Not just on the great weeks, but on the tough ones too. She kept going through self-doubt, through health complications that would’ve made many give up.

But Karen didn’t quit. She kept showing up for herself. She reached her goal. She transformed her life. And now? She’s building long-term healthy habits in maintenance and is doing it with grace and determination.

She’s inspired everyone around her, including us. The 1:1 Diet is proud to be part of her journey.
