The winter solstice, the welcoming of the returning light in the turning of the season.

Each year raising funds for local charities.

🧡 This year all proceeds will go to Barnsley Hospice in memory of a MBS teacher Debbie.

💜 Both workshops are 1pm-4pm, you can attend in person at the studio or online via zoom

📣 Good News post!

It’s fantastic to share some positive news over in Barnsley, South Yorkshire at Mind Body and Spirit Barnsley LTD Yoga and pilates studio

Michelle has devoted her life’s work to the community of Barnsley, and has championed the NHS and other local charities and services over the years.

More recently Michelle with her husband took on this massive renovation project and worked tirelessly to completely transform a run down neglected building to create a welcoming studio space.

This is a space that now benefits the health and wellbeing of the whole community, enhancing the services Michelle and the team offer.

✨For me personally, as a lifelong student I have benefited from attending Michelle’s classes, workshops and training courses that are on offer. I also now have the privilege to teach yoga here, something I am truly grateful for.

It is a blessing they received support from Net Zero Barnsley to assist in Michelle’s efforts to reduce the studio’s carbon footprint and become more energy efficient and environmentally friendly, with the added bonus of making the cost of running the building more sustainable.

I’m sure with these changes the studio will continue to serve and enrich the lives of all who attend the studio for many more years to come. 🙏🏻✨
