𝐁𝐢𝐠, 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬!
In April 2026 we will be welcoming our baby into the world! This hasn't been an easy journey for myself and Claire for various reasons, but we're so excited to start this new chapter in our lives.
As such, in the new year, the therapy room will have to transform into a nursery and im not yet sure if I'll be able to make another space in the house work for Rose and Skye.
I am still seeing clients on Thursdays and Fridays and every other Saturday so please do drop me a message to book whilst you can! Appointments may be more limited as I do think I'd struggle to see multiple clients on the same day.
I would just like to say a massive thank you to all of you, for supporting me in any and all ways!

Just a quick update to all you lovely folk! I have decided to cancel the website and online booking service that I had in place. When you come to see me to relax and enjoy your massage, aromatherapy or reflexology treatments, part of that process means being able to let go of your worries and get out of your head. For some people, the only way to do that, is to first acknowledge what's going on in there! 🧠
I am no counsellor, psychotherapist or life coach but I have a listening ear, a heart and heaps of empathy. I can't promise solutions or answers but I understand the importance of just sometimes saying things out loud and not being judged or pressured in anyway. So, when we do your consultation and I ask you how things are, just know that whatever you say stays with me (unless I have serious concerns for your own or others wellbeing) and that I won't ever make you feel silly or like you're wasting my time because you're absolutely not! Now, I'll make us a brew, you get yourself comfortable and we can talk it over 💕

Hello There!

I've been so quiet here lately and it's partly due to being poorly last week and lot of personal things going on too!
I just want to reassure you, I am still here! 👋 My capacity cup has just been a bit full and as I often preach to all my lovely clients, it's OK to take a break and there's no need to be so hard on ourselves about it.
I'd love to check in with you though, how have you been? How are you coping with the change in the seasons and the shortening days?
