While working as a midwife, I was fascinated with the health benefits of complementary therapies and went on to continue my studies in Holistic Therapies, Personal Training and Nutrition. I specialise in fertility & maternity reflexology, spinal reflexology, pregnancy massage & a range of therapeutic massage treatments. I am a member & hold insurance with the federation of holistic therapists, ‘FHT’.

I take great passion & care in providing deeply nurturing treatments, that have amazing benefits for your health & well-being. I tailor each treatment specifically to aim to achieve the best results for you. I qualified with a Bachelour of Midwifery Science B.Sc. at NUlG, Ireland. While working as a midwife, I was fascinated with the health benefits of complementary therapies and went on to continue my studies in Holistic Therapies, Personal Training and Nutrition. I provide a range of massage & reflexology treatments, such as: Swedish holistic massage, hot stone massage, warm bamboo massage, pregnancy massage, Indian head massage, lymphatic drainage massage, reflexology, fertility reflexology, maternity reflexology, deep tissue cupping massage, massage for cancer care, facials & body scrubs. I am a member & hold professional insurance with the federation of holistic therapists, ‘FHT’.
