6 years ago Mark was diagnosed as immunocompromised and has axspa (axial spondylitis) but now he is thriving! Doctors told him he wouldn’t be able to walk in 5 years and would need a hip replacement but instead he’s smashing his goals and forging an incredible physique 💪🏻

As a coach Mark believes there is a way for all individuals,regardless of your starting point, with a focus on training and smart programming alongside good nutrition.
