Training malpractice is a deliberate attempt to cheat the training process, and it undermines the integrity of the entire assessment system.

Examples include:

◽ Trainers giving out answers before or during assessments
◽ Passing learners who haven’t completed the required course hours
◽ Falsifying records to inflate exam results
