WEEKEND WARRIORS...
Another epic session this morning and probably not what people expected...but thats how we roll!
For the main event we embarked on mini circuits with a focused approach for each...it went something like this:
Circuit 1:
MATT CORE = x2 TRX Ground Facing Exercises (ie, Mountain Climbers and both knees in), x1 Ceiling facing exercises (ie sit ups).
Circuit 2:
BLAZEPOD = x3 cycles of 1 minute (40secs rest inbetween), ground to light with a 15m distance.
Circuit 3:
PULL Circuit = 1x Rower, 1x StrengthERG Row, 1x SKiERG
Circuit 4:
BATTLE ROPES = 1x Large Rope (alternate), x1 Sidewinders, x1 Both Together.
Lets just say Heart and Lungs took a massive hit and it was good to see people getting out of breath and having to dig deep...mission accomplished!! 💪💪💪💪.
SO WHAT NEXT🤔...Who knows, we pride ourselves on never delivering the same session twice...
