🚛 Transport workers… this one’s for you!
Long hours behind the wheel, limited movement and repetitive driving posture can place a lot of strain on your neck, shoulders and lower back.
Here are 3 quick stretches to help you stay mobile, reduce stiffness and keep your spine happy throughout your shift.

🔹 Scapular wall slides (30 seconds)
Stand against a wall with your arms in a “W” position. Slowly slide them upward and downward while keeping your shoulder blades engaged.
Great for easing upper back tightness from holding the steering wheel for long periods.

🔹 Torso twists (30 seconds)
Sit or stand tall, gently rotate your torso from side to side.
Perfect for improving mobility through your mid back and reducing stiffness from staying in one position.

🔹 Standing figure-4 stretch (30 seconds)
Cross one ankle over the opposite knee and sit back into a light bend.
Excellent for releasing tight hips and supporting your lower back during long days on the road.

Education workers… this one’s for you! 🍎📚
Long days standing, leaning over desks, marking work, and managing busy classrooms can place a lot of strain on your neck, back and hips.
Here are 3 quick stretches to help you stay mobile and tension free throughout the school day.

🔹 Neck & shoulder stretch (30 seconds)
Gently tilt your head from side to side while keeping your shoulders relaxed. Add a soft shoulder drop for a deeper release.
Perfect for easing tightness from looking down at books or working at your computer.

🔹 Standing pelvic tilts (30 seconds)
Stand with your feet hip width apart and gently rock your pelvis forward and back.
Great for reducing lower back stiffness from prolonged standing or sitting during lessons.

🔹 Standing glute squeezes (30 seconds)
Engage your glutes by gently squeezing and releasing while standing tall.
Helps activate and support your lower back during long teaching days.

Take just 90 seconds between lessons… your spine will thank you 🙌
