You may not always get it right, in fact sometimes you may make a right mess of it. Does that make you a bad person... NO... it makes you human. No one has ever built a dream without a set back. But many people have missed their dreams because they didn't believe in themselves. Today accept you're not perfect, give yourself a pat on the back for recognising your flaws and get straight back on it. Hi Everyone, really looking forward to seeing the Kivo and Wales Slimming World Crew tomorrow, don't let anything get in your way, protect what you have already achieved, over Easter we will be in it on it or off it but lets move on together...... I've had one ex-member tell me today that she has bought a pair of scales and will be doing it for herself, I really wish her the best of luck x we need to stick together cos this Slimming World family is so supportive and friendly, we joined to lose weight and change our life, lets dooooooo it, no chocolate bar, peanut or bloody crisp is going to change my life back x x

I'm going to challenge anyone who asks to book a holiday this week, remember your commitment to yourself, holidays are usually pretty much pre booked, I have been there for you every Wednesday since 4th september 2013, thatz 2 years without 1 weeks holiday and I will be there for you , but will you be? X x x
