This week (9th Oct) there will be no class - our "mid-term break" (Odd timing I know - it's because there's a big international Kadampa Buddhist festival on.) The week after (16th Oct) we'll be back - running through to Christmas.

Buddhist meditation classes start back again this week - 11 September. This Month and next it’s “How to transform your life” Thursdays at 7.30pm at Wickersley community centre. Hope to see you there !
