Bute Bumps and Babies The Bute Bumps and Babies group is run by local midwives, assisted by mums who have had NHS training to be volunteer infant feeding peer supporters.

Bute Bumps and babies is a support group run by local midwives, with help from mums who have had NHS training to be volunteer infant feeding peer supporters. We meet every Monday afternoon from 1pm to 3pm at Ardbeg Baptist Church, on King Street. Come along if you want a cuppa and a chat! £2 for the first child, £1 for every additional child. We are also able to teach parents and care providers baby massage which has numerous benefits for both the baby and parent or carer. We also provide midwifery support from midwives regarding well-being, mindfulness and mental health issues either antenatally or in the postnatal period. We know that sadly 1:5 women experience mental health problems either during pregnancy or in the first year after birth. We know that at these times your needs differ than at any other time.
