Last night felt nothing short of otherworldly. The moon rose in all her magnificence, casting her powerful energy over the water as we floated, breathed, softened, and surrendered. We’re still holding the energy of it all today. 🌕✨

To everyone who joined us - thank you. Thank you for trusting us to hold space for you, for arriving with open hearts, and for allowing yourselves to be held by the water, the sound, and the moment. It is such a blessing to do this work, and we never take it for granted. 💛

In the fullness of our busy lives, switching off isn’t always easy. The mind races, the body holds tension, and stillness can feel just out of reach. But when you float, the vibrations move through the water, the air, and deep into the blood and cells of the body, creating the most supportive environment for your system to finally exhale and drop into true rest. This is where deep healing relaxation begins.

And remember: you may not love every sound you hear. That’s completely natural. Sometimes a sound invites us into a pocket of discomfort — an opportunity to pause, notice, and gently explore what arises. simply allowing the feeling to exist without judgement can open surprising doorways. We invite you to try mindful reflection and journal on what comes up.

There is no right or wrong experience. Your experience is yours and it’s welcome. It will be differently beautiful every time.🤍

Tonight’s Supermoon feels a little different - brighter, closer, and carrying the kind of presence that naturally makes you pause.

It’s the biggest full Moon we’ll see for a long time (the next one of this scale won’t appear until 2042), and there’s something about that rarity that invites reflection… the way a deep breath resets the whole body.

At Hans_On Wellness, we believe these moments are all about tuning back into yourself. Your body, your breath, your rhythm.

A Gemini Supermoon means clarity, communication and choice

Gemini energy brings a gentle clearing, almost like opening a window in a room you didn’t realise had become stuffy.
You might feel:
• a sudden sense of clarity
• a shift in a conversation
• a decision that becomes obvious
• or an old pattern finally losing its grip

This moon supports perspective, seeing things as they are, not as they’ve felt under pressure. Clarity.

As we move toward a new year, this Supermoon holds a “tidy up before you step forward” vibe.
Not in a perfectionist way but more in a compassionate, grounded way.

It’s an invitation to:
• acknowledge what this year asked of you
• honour how much you’ve grown
• recognise the lessons that shaped you
• and let the heavy pieces fall away

Nothing needs to be dragged into 2026 unless it truly belongs with you.

If something feels out of alignment - a habit, a belief, a role, a way of speaking to yourself, this is a beautiful moment to breathe out and consciously release it.
Your nervous system responds to symbolic pauses like this.

If you can, wrap up warm this evening and step outside for a few minutes. Let the cool air ground you, let the sky open your perspective, and simply gaze up at the Moon.

Sometimes that’s all the reset the body needs.

Our monthly luxury sound baths are multi dimensional, curated with care, intuitively delivered with a beautiful (ever increasing) collection of instruments.

Each person enjoys their own luxury air mattress for ultimate comfort. We create a friendly, calmly scented, relaxing ambience and compliment herbal teas are always available too.

Occasionally we also hold floating sound baths which take this groceries experience to a whole other level and you have to be quick to get booked into these!

How are you taking care of you today?

On this World Mental Health Day, I want to pause and ask: when was the last time you moved with intention — not just to “get fit,” but to reconnect, to breathe, to care for your mind?

Movement isn’t just about muscles and bodies — it’s a vital bridge between what’s happening emotionally and physically inside us. Studies show that physical activity supports mood, reduces anxiety and depression, improves sleep, and strengthens resilience. 

One form of movement I’ve found especially powerful is Reformer Pilates. Because it blends strength, control, breath, and attention, it offers a unique way to calm the nervous system, engage the body, and shift the mind. 

evidence from Pilates research suggests that practicing Pilates (mat, or machine-based) can meaningfully reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, and fatigue — while boosting energy and wellbeing. 

So today, I’m asking you:
  • What movement or breath exercise will you gift yourself?
  • Can you pause sometime to stretch, breathe, or engage your core with focus?
  • If you do have access to a Reformer or Pilates class, could you try it with curiosity and kindness for yourself?

Even small acts — a few mindful movements, a few deep breaths, gentle stretching — can ripple into steadier mood, clearer thoughts, more compassion for ourselves. Let’s use this day to recommit to caring for you.
