Our Story so Far…
TEWC was established in 2013 as a kitchen-table business and has grown into a skincare brand with an established network of beauty therapists and their local client customers. We are stocked by Love Lula, The World’s Natural Beauty Shop and our products are enjoyed by many ethical consumers around the UK.

Our Founder Ally Sharratt trained as a holistic therapist and tutor as part of her journey of discovery into plant-based natural skincare. Ally collaborated with a group of therapists to create a stunning professional skincare and bodycare range that is suitable for holistic treatment rooms. The complimentary retail range offers our therapist partners the opportunity to generate an income from our skincare ranges. Our VALUES

We offer high quality natural skincare products and training opportunities for our therapist partners. Our professional yet affordable natural skincare and body care ranges provide a fantastic opportunity to generate an income for our therapists through retail sales. Our heart-centred therapist network takes a holistic approach to their treatments and therapies, which is really important to us as a business and we love working with them to achieve this. TEWC is an acronym of ‘The Earth Works Cosmetics’. We chose this name because we firmly believe in the restorative and healing power of plants. Put quite simply ‘the earth works’ and provides us with all we need to create beautiful natural skincare products.

Ethical

We are a small, family run business and we treat all our customers as a member of our extended family. As we make all our products by hand in our artisan workshop, we can trace our supply chain back to the raw ingredients. We can guarantee that all our products are cruelty-free, vegan and ethically sourced.

THAI HERBAL COMPRESS MASSAGE - £189 (1 day course)
AWARDED 11 CPD Points

During this one day intensive course students will learn all about the history of Thai Massage, the benefits of using herbal compresses in massage, contra-indications, contra-actions as well as marketing information on how to promote this FABULOUS Spa treatment.

Practical instruction on working the SEN lines using the warm, therapeutic compresses is just a small part of this Traditional Thai Massage. The use of hot oils and deep tissue work makes this a superb massage for relaxation as well as fantastic for relieving muscle tension. It is my experience that if clients like Hot Stones, they will LOVE this fragrant, uplifting massage.

The course is dedicated to hands-on practice ensuring students are able to carry out a treatment confidently. Comprehensive manual covers theory, setting up in business and after the course, ongoing support is provided.
​
Upon completion students will be awarded their Diploma provided they achieve the level of competence and understanding required by the awarding body.
​
Proof that a student holds a Massage Qualification in Full Body Swedish Massage or the equivalent and Anatomy and Physiology is required for this course.
