On Friday 25th of July I’l be setting off to do the Lakeland 100 ultra (105 miles).
This year I’m doing it for the Epic Kidz Charity who provide small grants for volunteer groups organising sporting or recreational activities for children.

Regarding the new changes in Covid restrictions in effect from today (27th January). As we are a clinical health care provider, we are still implementing all of our Covid safety procedures.
Can all patients please continue to wear face coverings when attending, the normal sanitising of hands and temperature checks will still be carried out on arrival. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation regarding this.
