Welcome to Stepping Stone Independent Living Ltd, we are a Residential Service which provides support for Adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health Conditions. We are located in Rowley Regis near the Town centre we have been here for almost 20 years. Our aims and objectives are:

To provide a high standard of individualised care to all people using our services and to provide a care experience which is the most trusted and sought after in the UK. To provide a clean and safe environment for all people to enjoy, people who use services will be treated with care, dignity, respect and sensitivity to match their individual needs and abilities. The care service will be delivered flexibly, within the limitations of the service, in a attentive and non-discriminatory fashion with respect for independence, privacy and the individuals right to make informed choices. Peoples needs and values will be respected in matters of religion, beliefs, culture, race, ethnic origin and sexuality.
