Welcome to Stepping Stone Independent Living Ltd, we are a Residential Service which provides support for Adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health Conditions. We are located in Rowley Regis near the Town centre we have been here for almost 20 years. Our aims and objectives are:

The care service will be delivered flexibly, within the limitations of the service, in a attentive and non-discriminatory fashion with respect for independence, privacy and the individuals right to make informed choices.
