Big thank you to all that came to support the fighters last night another brilliant display of boxing from everyone. The feedback has been nothing but positive from you all.
21st February will be our next show we hope to see the same support again 🥊 another big thank you to everyone the fighters training and selling tickets this time of year isn't easy..
Security was brilliant as always keeping the crowd safe Can't thank them enough.

Our last show of the year is just around the corner - 29th November. Ticket prices are on the poster and available from the gym.
And we have our club Christmas Party - 12th december. Tickets are free of charge, bring your family and freinds, but dont forgot those xmas jumpers!

💪 Tattooed, tough but human - a reminder to never judge a book by its cover.

🥊 L*z Sharratt is a former professional boxer who now runs Golden gloves school of boxing in Rowley Regis. For L*z, the ring has always been more than a place to fight - it’s where he clears his head and blows away the worries of the day.

💚 L*z says: “Even the strongest-looking lads carry battles of their own. Sometimes, the greatest strength is finding the courage to let it out. Men try to be big and brave. You haven’t always got to be that way. Exercise is such a good way to help manage your mind.”

He now teaches both children and adults that boxing isn’t just about throwing punches, it’s about building fitness, discipline, and balance to help keep your mind in a good place.

💬 Our 'You ok, mate?' campaign is all about getting men in Sandwell talking. Too many men keep things bottled up, and we want to change that. Let’s break the stigma around men’s mental health and remind each other it’s always ok to reach out for support - the earlier, the better 💚
