So…I went to group and weighed in, just over half a stone above my Target weight. Over 11 stone for the first time in a long time.

I’d love to be back at Target by Christmas! With six more weighs in I thought what better time to dig out my copy of our Choose Success journal. In my opinion, one of Slimmimg World’s most under used resources.

So I’m giving it a go. It’s there to help change my mindset around healthy eating and to help build better habits, identifying triggers, danger zones and sabotage along my way.
