We are busy networking at the moment to enable us to meet with companies and individuals to establish what provisions are required within our community for young adults with disabilities. Our founder, Lisa Casey, is on a personal mission to significantly improve the experience of recruiting and sourcing care in the health and social care sector.

Having worked in care across various roles for more than 20 years, she has seen the emotional turmoil and stress experienced by those looking for care, alongside the frustrations of those working in the sector.
