Susan had a real Sliding Doors moment on her first week.
Coming from outside of Crowborough, she wasn't quite sure where to find us and nearly turned around and went home!
Imagine if she had done that!!!!

Instead she found us, made small and sustainable changes and the result was....she's lost 3 stone!!

✅️She found how to food optimise whilst commuting
✅️ She makes her own KFC Fakeaways
✅️ She still enjoys a tequila 🙌

Yesterday morning we celebrated something truly special in group—Katie and Glynnis have each achieved their 4 stone awards! 🎉

That’s 8 stone lost between them, but what they’ve gained is even more powerful…

💛 Confidence.
💛 Energy.
💛 Joy.
💛 A renewed sense of self.

Watching these two incredible women flourish has been nothing short of inspiring. Their transformations haven’t just been physical—they’ve radiated strength, positivity, and emotional growth every step of the way. The mental well-being effects have been outstanding, and it’s a privilege to witness their journeys.
