Reflexology and Indian Head Massage (Champissage™) with Reiki and Aura-Soma
Emotional Freedom Technique This method is the brainchild of Narendra Mehta.

Reflexology is a wonderfully relaxing and effective way of helping the body to heal itself. I apply deep pressure to reflex points on your feet, this helps remove blockages in energy pathways and opens the channels for natural healing. Relieve the build up of stress, tension and fatigue by revitalising and rebalancing the body. Most everyday ailments can be eased and in many cases the symptoms removed altogether. Reflexology is an enjoyable treatment for children and babies and can help with conditions such as: sleep problems, constipation, teething, colic. Indian Head Massage (Champissage™) includes massage of the upper back, shoulders, upper arms, neck, scalp, face, ears and energy balancing. It is based on the traditional form of Champi (head massage) practised in India for over 1,000 years. The massage is safe and very effective to give, without the need to undress or use oils. It can provide relief from aches and pains, stress symptoms, insomnia, promote hair growth, soothe, comfort and rebalance your energy flow which gives you a deep sense of peace, calm and tranquillity. Aura-Soma is used with these therapies to enhance and deepen their effects. Aura-Soma is a gentle and non-invasive colour therapy which allows your body to draw you to those colours that will best help balance and enhance it's well being.

A huge thank you to Cathy and Katie for putting on the Wellness Market Tunbridge Wells and a special thank you to Anne Hill and Sarah Grierson for coming along first thing to support me and for all the sharing and promoting you both did. It was a lovely day, their busiest ever market!
