🤨So many of us put off self care in favour of something else. We get distracted. We don't think we have time. Or we procrastinate.
🧘♀️But this is the thing. You don't actually need to do a 45 minute meditation every day to feel the benefits. In fact even carrying out a 5 minute meditation daily will make a difference.
That's because its the consistency that is key with meditation. Over time, meditation rewires the brain by strengthening neural pathways and restructuring the brain.
That leads to

✅Stress Reduction
✅Emotional Regulation
✅Better Sleep
5 minutes of meditation just got so much more appealing didn't it!!
