✨ 5-Week Learn to Meditate Course — Small Group, Big Support ✨
🧘If you’ve been wanting to start meditating but don’t know where to begin, this gentle 5‑week introduction is designed with you in mind. It’s perfect if you’re:
-New to meditation
-Struggling to meditate
-Finding it difficult to build a consistent habit
-Feeling overwhelmed, stressed or anxious
-Wanting to improve your mental fitness
This small group course (maximum of 4 people) gives you plenty of space to practise, ask questions, and feel genuinely supported throughout.
Over the 5 weeks, we’ll explore all the meditation basics, including:
-What meditation is and isn’t
-The science behind meditation and its benefits
-Posture and body relaxation
-Breathing techniques
-Grounding practices
-Mantras and affirmations
-Visualisation
-Compassion practices
You’ll get to try a range of meditation styles so you can discover what truly resonates with you.
Each week will conclude with a relaxing lie down meditation on a luxury meditation bed.
Alongside our sessions, you’ll receive complimentary guided meditation recordings, helpful handouts, and ongoing support from me to help you build confidence and create a meditation habit that lasts.
