We were delighted to partner with last week for an evening of networking and film-watching at the Cambridge Arts Picturehouse.

It was a fantastic evening bumping into old friends and making new connections. We left buzzing with questions and inspiration from the screening of the fantastic documentary, General Magic. A film that reminds you of the importance of community and how, when you’re pushing boundaries, so much success comes from failure and resilience. It’s also a powerful example of storytelling at its best. A huge thanks go to the Directors Sarah Justine Kerruish and Matt Maude for telling the General Magic story so thoughtfully, and for joining the film event last week to share their insights.

At TTP, we look forward to a year of creating more opportunities to connect our talented community of women with the wider network of engineers, scientists, leaders, and innovators driving incredible achievements across the Cambridge ecosystem.

International Women’s Day is a valuable moment to pause, reflect, and celebrate the impact and achievements of women - in our own lives, in our workplaces, and across society. It’s also an opportunity to recognise the shared challenges many women continue to face on the journey towards true equality and empowerment.

Within our own TTP community, we celebrated International Women’s Day by bringing women together from across our business - creating space to connect, have fun, share stories and strengthen relationships. Because when people connect and collaborate, real progress happens.

It's race day! Good luck to everyone taking part in today’s TTP Cambridge Half Marathon.

This International Women’s Day, we recognise the women across science, engineering and technology who help solve some of the world’s most complex challenges.

From early-stage research to product development and manufacture, diverse perspectives strengthen how we invent, design and engineer new technologies.

At TTP, collaboration across disciplines - and across people - is what enables breakthrough ideas to become real-world solutions.

Today we celebrate the contributions of women across our teams and the wider STEM community who are shaping the future of innovation.

Preparations are well underway for the TTP Cambridge Half Marathon.
The event village is coming together, and it’s fantastic to see everything taking shape ahead of race day - including the TTP branding as we mark our sixth year as headline sponsor.

🏃‍♀️We’re looking forward to welcoming runners, supporters and volunteers for what promises to be another inspiring event for Cambridge.

A huge thank you to all TTP staff who donated cakes and contributed so generously to our recent Bake Sale in support of TTP’s Charity of the Year, Jimmy's Cambridge. Thanks to the kindness and enthusiasm, we raised an amazing £1000 - a fantastic start to our year of fundraising for this wonderful local charity.

We’re incredibly proud of the support shown across TTP and look forward to building on this momentum in the months ahead.

What’s the hardest part of closed-loop neuromodulation?

Hannah Claridge, Head of TTP’s Neurotechnology team, shares why the biggest challenge isn’t adding sensors into a device, but interpreting what those signals really mean. Turning noisy biological data into reliable therapeutic decisions takes scientific insight, rigorous implementation, and careful real-world validation.

Watch Hannah discuss the toughest technical hurdle in bringing closed-loop neuromodulation to life.

We’re proud to sponsor all official finishers’ photos at this year’s TTP Cambridge Half Marathon, in collaboration with Pic2Go UK.

Crossing the finish line represents months of preparation and commitment. By supporting the finishers’ photography, we hope every runner has a lasting reminder of what they’ve achieved.

Throwing it back to a previous TTP Cambridge Half Marathon and our brilliant runners taking on the scenic route through Cambridge’s historic streets and iconic University grounds.

With thousands of runners, incredible crowd support and an unforgettable atmosphere, it was a day full of smiles, proud moments, personal bests and vital funds raised for charity. We’re proud to support such a fantastic community event and can’t wait for the next one!

🚀A couple of weeks ago, we had the joy of hosting sixth form students from across Cambridge on our campus for a Cambridge LaunchPad project day, immersing them in a day in the life of a TTP Consultant. Their task? Designing, building (and successfully launching…) water-powered rockets!

The power of LaunchPad project day is that students get to tackle a practical project that tests their science and engineering skills, whilst immersed in a real workplace - giving them a real glimpse of a potential future career, and in a workplace that lies right on their doorstep.

For any sixth form students who are aspiring scientists or engineers, our Future Scholars scheme is now open to applications! This is aimed at women or students from lower socioeconomic backgrounds, who are in Years 12 or 13, and provides a week of work experience as well as the opportunity to be awarded a scholarship that provides financial support, mentorship and internships throughout university. To find out more or request an application, contact scholarship@ttp.com. The deadline for applications is 20th March 2026.
