An aromatherapy client today was feeling a little stressed as they had a weekend of studying ahead of them, they wanted a blend of oils to help them stay focused and aid concentration. I blended together with some carrier grapeseed and mustard seed oil, Bergamot and Rosemary essential oils for focus and concentration with a floral and citrus tones, plus a small amount of Eucalyptus essential oil with it’s invigorating tones to help aid mental fatigue.
