Attention all users, the business next door has now introduced parking enforcement cameras on their front and rear car park.

These cameras are monitored 24 hours a day and if you are seen parking on their car park you will be fined.

Please only park in our allocated spaces which are directly in front and behind the gym.

The gym will be closed on this coming Saturday 18th April from 5:00am – 7:00am to allow for essential roof repairs to be carried out. To ensure the safety of our members the gym will need to be shut while this work is carried out.

Rest assured the gym will be back open and ready for you straight after! 💪

In just a few weeks, one of our members, Rohit Behl, will be taking on an incredible challenge — a 200-mile non-stop ultra marathon across Wales on 15th April.

Rohit is raising money for Samaritans after losing someone very close to him. Samaritans is an amazing charity that provides vital support to those struggling with mental health, offering a safe place for people to talk openly and without judgement.
